Prince Harmony
7th June 2017
Chris So-trained Prince Harmony joined the Price Bloodstock elite in training at Happy Valley on Wednesday night when he made it three wins on the trot as he graduated successfully to Class Three.
House Of Fun stands out as the ‘winningest’ Price Bloodstock horse in Hong Kong this season with five victories, while Winner’s Way and Nothingilikemore are close behind with four each but three wins in a season is the “job done” by anyone’s standards in the highly-competitive Hong Kong scene and Prince Harmony joined Volitation as the Price Bloodstock runners who have collected that big achievement.
And the four-year-old left no doubt that he might have room for another yet before the summer when he won with authority for champion rider Joao Moreira to take his prize money in seven starts beyond $1.6 million – and his best is still ahead.
“The way he won in Class Four last time, I was confident he would handle the step up in class tonight,” said So, having a good season himself with Price Bloodstock horses. “Joao was able to get control of the race in the lead and it didn’t ever look like Prince Harmony was in any danger so that tells me there is more to come and I hope he can win again in this class next time. Maybe before the break, but certainly going into next season, when I think he will be even stronger.”
